Hannah Blaes-Johnson, LCSW-C (She/her)

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families impacted by violence and trauma. My work is rooted in the belief that my clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside them with compassion, respect, and curiosity.

My practice is trauma-focused and strengths-based, centering the resilience and wisdom each person brings to therapy. I strive to create a space that acknowledges and honors the impact of historical, social, and systemic barriers on mental health and overall wellbeing.
I am certified in several evidence-based treatments, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and am currently working toward certification in this area.
Whether you're navigating the aftermath of trauma, managing a life transition, or seeking support in your parenting or perinatal journey, I’m here to support you with care and authenticity.
