Trauma and Attachment Wounds

9/15/2024

Whether it happened recently or in childhood, traumatic evens stop development and change the way we view the world. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based, brain-based interventions to stop the trajectory of unhealed trauma and attachment wounds. We approach trauma with an attachment-based lens knowing that our early childhood experiences set the stage for the way we experience and understand the world. By addressing attachment wounds that impact the trajectory of healing, we guide you  to understanding significant patterns that no longer serve you and replacing them with ways of navigating your relationship and encourage health and a high level of functioning.
