Eye- Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy has gained popularity for good reason. Our therapists are trained in using this technique are able to help you in individual sessions as your primary therapy or in addition to your current counseling. EMDR is an evidenced-based practice that works to heal our internal messages, move us out of a rigid or stuck feeling or belief and reprocess trauma. EMDR can be used for traumatic processing, stuck feelings, fears and phobias, and building a healthy internal understanding of yourself. ​
